Year, make, model, engine, and what's going on with it — even if you're not sure what's wrong. Any codes you've scanned, recent work that's been done, and how long the issue's been happening. The more we know upfront, the better the first conversation goes.
For repair and tuning work, yes — calling ahead lets us slot you into the schedule and have parts on hand. For a quick look, a question, or a DOT inspection, walking in during business hours usually works.
If you can't drive it in, the easiest move is a flatbed tow. We don't run our own tow service but we work with several reliable operators across the area — call us and we can point you in the right direction.
